Partex's brand new patent pending inteli-Freezec system.
What is it? It is an intelligent monitoring and control system for dispensed food product devices. Specifically designed for use in soft ice cream, custard, gelato & frozen yogurt machines.
Intelli-Freeze can indentify, by using computer anylysis on time stamped data aquired from the sensors, either deficiencies or defects in the equipment. It will detect altered states in performance of the equipment (short of catastrophic failure, or gross failure in performance that is visually observable) that indicates a need for repair or servicing.
Intelli-freeze system can derive time dependent data using analysis algorithms relating to time of use, volume of product dispensed. It will also date stamp and record into internal memory all monitored systems including voltages, amp draws, pressures & temperatures. It's like having a serviceman on site monitoring and recording all functions of your machine 24 hours a day 7 days a week! Another remarkable feature is all monitored systems will also be recorded internally in the machine. The recorded information can be used to determine what caused your machine to fail or run poorly on a particular date and time, just like a black box on an airplane.
Intelli-freeze system can also actively control systems within the machine. Giving you the ability to turn the machine's functions on & off from your wifi or ethernet connected device.
Finally, Intelli-Freeze systems can present all collected data in a useful, easily understood fashion to an end user or service person.
